F.A.F Grower & Coordinator Folx Farm, Winchelsea 

2-3 days / week (depending on the season) Immediate start 

Option for accommodation Paid - Freelance

We are looking for a grower to lead on our F.A.F project. This is a great opportunity for an experienced grower looking to progress their career and have the autonomy to shape a small scale commercial growing project with a social focus. 

Currently the grower and project co-ordinator roles are fulfilled by two separate people. We are aiming for a more streamlined approach to delivery and therefore, for the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to take on the co-ordination of the project - supported by a steering group of volunteers - which would be paid in addition to the growing hours and responsibilities.
